28 To Make—Day 9

Day 9 of the 28 to Make challenge is “scribbles and shapes”. I didn’t like this assignment at all. I didn’t even like the sample tutorial. It was hideous! Perhaps even as hideous as my crab. Anyway, the idea was to blindly scribble on a page, and then find something to draw in the mess. It’s kind of like seeing shapes in clouds, only this version of the game is not pretty.

28 To Make—Day 8

Day 7 of the 28 to Make challenge was a day off. The timing couldn’t have been better. I really needed a break.  Now that I’m kinda-sorta refreshed, I’m back with my day 8 assignment “30 circles”. This, by far, was the most fun assignment so far.

28 To Make—Day 3

The third assignment in the 28 to Make challenge is “draw your favourite album art”.

Back when this album (Rio) was released, my friends and I would have done anything to get noticed by Duran Duran. Now, I can honestly say, I hope to God that no member of the band ever sees this!

28 To Make—Day 2

The second assignment in the 28 to Make challenge is “draw a houseplant”. I chose the plant in my bedroom as my subject. I have no idea what it’s called, but, my drawing, once again, actually looks like what I was trying to draw. That almost never happens, and I did it two days in a row! Woohoo!
